Information, not an agreement
The Kurz Team at LPT Realty provides this website for general real estate information. Visiting the website or sending an inquiry does not create an agency relationship, a representation agreement, a loan application or a commitment to buy or sell. Those arrangements require their own applicable agreements and disclosures.
Properties, estimates and financing
Property availability, prices and market information may change and should be independently verified. Areas marked as future property search or valuation are not live listing searches or instant appraisals. Mortgage calculations are illustrative estimates, not lender quotes, credit decisions, approvals or guarantees. Seek appropriate brokerage, lending, legal and tax advice for your situation.
Inquiry availability
If the website confirms receipt, that confirms only that your request was saved; it does not confirm an appointment, a property reservation or a response deadline. If a request cannot be confirmed, call (305) 422-9743. Do not use the inquiry form for urgent matters or confidential documents.
Appropriate use
Provide accurate information you are authorized to share. Do not submit another person's private information without authorization, impersonate anyone, attempt unauthorized access to the staff workspace, submit malicious content or interfere with the website. Staff access is restricted to authorized, verified team members.
Third-party services
Links to mortgage, title, social and other services do not constitute a financing approval or guarantee of their services. Their terms, privacy practices and agreements apply separately. Contact the team for disclosures relevant to a particular transaction or referral.
Privacy and communications
The Privacy Notice explains inquiry records and optional marketing preferences. Marketing consent is not required to inquire or purchase. The website does not promise continuous availability or that all information is complete or current.
