Website inquiries
This notice covers this website and the team's private staff workspace. An inquiry asks for your name, email, phone number, inquiry type and any message you choose to provide. If an inquiry cannot be confirmed, do not assume it was received. You may call the team instead.
Purpose and records
Information from accepted inquiries is used to respond, direct the inquiry to authorized staff and maintain a record of the request. The record includes the page, information about the campaign or website that referred you, a reference number, your communication choices, the consent wording shown and the time. Inquiry records and message text are private, not publicly searchable.
Marketing choices
Email and text marketing preferences are separate, optional and unchecked by default. An inquiry does not require marketing consent, and a new preference does not override an existing opt-out. Text consent is not a condition of purchase; message frequency varies and message/data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help when texting is available. You can request removal from email marketing through the team or an unsubscribe option where provided. Recording consent does not itself activate a campaign.
Service providers and staff access
The website uses Lovable Cloud to host the site, manage staff sign-in and store private inquiry records, and GoHighLevel to manage contacts when inquiries are passed to the team's contact system. Authorized staff access depends on their responsibilities and current contact assignments. Staff may connect their own Google account to view Calendar events and send individual Gmail messages. Saved replies are limited to their own conversations sent through the staff workspace and contacts they are authorized to handle. External partner links lead to services with their own privacy notices; this website does not automatically submit an inquiry to those partners.
Browser storage and connection information
Information about the campaign that brought you here is stored for your browser session. Staff sign-in and preferences use browser storage. The installable staff app saves application files for faster loading, not private contact records or messages. The site loads fonts from Google; loading fonts or visiting external links can disclose connection information to those services. Hosting and error checks may process information about website requests. Inquiry abuse protection uses a short-lived, signed computational challenge, a protected identifier derived from the submitted email address, and limits across the website. It does not require a trusted visitor network address. Completing the challenge is not proof of a person's identity.
Retention and requests
Inquiry, CRM, consent and audit records do not currently have an automatic deletion schedule. Contact the team to ask about access, corrections, opt-outs or deletion. Requests require appropriate identity verification and review of applicable recordkeeping obligations; submitting a request does not automatically erase records held by the brokerage or service providers. Avoid including sensitive financial, identification or account information in inquiry text.
