Vivian Gronlier

Vivian Gronlier is a Real Estate Broker Associate serving Miami-Dade, specializing in residential and commercial real estate. Known for her dedicated work ethic and engaging personality, she helps buyers, sellers, investors, and business owners navigate each transaction with clear communication, thoughtful guidance, and skilled negotiation.

Originally from Chicago, Vivian made Miami her home in 2000 after falling in love with its cultural diversity, distinctive architecture, new developments, and tropical climate. Her enthusiasm for the city led her to host What’s Hot Miami in 2004, sharing the people, places, and experiences that make Miami unique.

Vivian’s background extends beyond real estate. As vice president of a nonprofit organization, she helped provide affordable housing through property rehabilitation and new construction. She also spent more than a decade as an area manager with LA Fitness, developing experience in operations, acquisitions, staff training, leadership, and customer service.

Today, she brings that foundation in sales, marketing, management, and coaching to her real estate practice. She embraces technology and continued education to keep clients informed and make the buying and selling process more efficient. Her goal is to build lifelong relationships grounded in reliability, trust, and attentive service.

Outside of work, Vivian enjoys family activities, fitness, and learning. Her husband, Orlando, and son, David, are her greatest sources of motivation.
